Hello Everybody,
Pulled into the other Beaufort, Bo'fort, NC and was greeted
by Andre and family.
After we caught up on our trips they invited me to have
dinner with them. We went to Spouters and looking over the menu they were
curious about these blackened dishes. So I proceeded to explain the process.
You burn the food and then charge a premium price for it. Isn't America great.
Anyway they enjoyed it.
Some of the interesting things I saw along the waterway enroute
to Bo'fort.
I call this the "Signs of Bo'fort...
We are currently in Elizabeth City, NC and will leave later this
morning
to head through the Dismal Swamp and are only 50 miles from our
destination at Portsmouth, VA
