Hello

So how does one get from Norfolk Va to Ohio when traveling by boat. Simple call Avis and rent a car. I decided to take a side trip while in Norfolk and go to Ohio to visit family. It was a big change from what I have become accustom to, to driving through the mountains of West Virginia. Ruby is back guarding the boat and Tom & Donna are watching Ruby. That is a scary combination.

Last week I had North Sails come out and install a roller furler system for my head sail and I also am having them build me a new headsail. Installed new motor mounts on the engine and worked over the cooling system. The most I've worked in a while so I was due a little vacation.

Here are some pictures from Virginia. Ruby, being a rather clever feline, has taken to laying on the refrigerator during the day when it is hot. The others are a view from Tom's back porch and Papillon in Lilly Creek. I told Tom & Donna that they could just put me a day bed on the porch and I could live there.
