We continue our trek North to reunite with ours friends in Lily Creek, (Portsmouth, VA). We spent Wednesday night in church creek, and yesterday in Georgetown, SC. Tonight we are in Cricket Cove Marina in Calabash, SC. Tomorrow we cross over into North Carolina, have to remember to change the courtesy flag, and begin the final leg before reaching Virginia.
Today we traveled what has to be the best and worst of the ICW, (Intercoastal Waterway), the Wacamaw River has to be the
prettiest section and nothern South Carolina, specifically anywhere around Myrtle Beach has to be the worst and ugliest.
It only gets better as we progress north. I plan on going back through the Dismal Swamp if it is open.
I will update the pictures on the chart our course page this weekend. I am just now fixing chow and it is almost 8 pm. I hope you all have an enjoyable weekend. I will be glad when Monday gets here and things get back to normal, my normal.
