We
finally made it into Jacksonville just before the weekend. Just in time for a
Nor'easter to blow in and it has been blowing. The marina I am in is not
protected and it has been rock and roll city. Hopefully tomorrow we will be
able to move down the St Johns River to Green Cove Springs where I will haul
the boat to give the bottom a fresh coat of Trinidad red with copper.
Should be there about a week and then back out the river and heading for
the Keys.
Been able to spend a few days with my brother Joe and his wife
Shirley. Always good to spend some time with family. Was going to try and make
a quick trip to Biloxi but the weather has kept me here. Ruby just sleeps
through all the bouncing around.
