Departed Ft Myers this morning after getting Annie headed back to Mobile. She was a big help and good company. I'm sure she will love going back to work. This sleeping in and taking it easy can grow on you.

Motored down the Caloosahatchee River, went through the lock at Olga and stopped in La Belle for the night. Tied off the Rivers Edge Motel dock, washed clothes and took a long dip in their pool. It felt gooooooooood. The weather looks good for a lake crossing which I expect to make Wednesday.

I finally managed to get my cell phone to link up and should be able to send email as long as I can get on Sprint Net.
